The Bucs 2nd round pick and hopefully soon to be pass rush specialist is slowly getting better with every game. Spence has really impressed me already as he played against the Panthers with practically one arm as he dislocated his shoulder the week before. Looking at his 49er game tape he continues to show that he is growing as a player and getting more confident. Below you can see his QB pressures and finally his sack that ended the game.

Spence is developing nicely. He began to show more confidence and reached into his tool box and tried different pass rush moves late in the game. He tried a spin move and his inside rush which ended in his sack. Whenever we get a lead he will be at his best which is flying around the corner getting after the QB. His motor is non stop and he may still need work against the run but he is improving with every game and finally getting more playing time.
