Dirk Koetter completed his coaching staff today, and on the outside it looks like a quality staff that will bring experience and toughness to this team. I think the staff has good people who are quality teachers first, much like the head coach and that should lead to good staff chemistry.

The staff has a big challenge ahead of them, but they will have plenty of experience to lean on.
