This Buccaneer team is going through a total change all over again. This time it's centered around our franchise QB who is without a doubt the heart beat of the team. As a rookie Winston willed his team to 6 wins while forcing them to realize losing was never an option. For years, this Buccaneer team accepted losing and expected to lose at the end of the day. Jameis is under construction along with Dirk Koetter and the entire organization to change this football teams culture into a winner. The heads down and complaining is going to stop.
