Jameis has no doubt been a leader for this buccaneer team offense and defense a like. When speaking to the media earlier this week he spoke about how he learned something from a fellow pro bowler that helped Kwon Alexander's study habits.
One person I met was Sean Lee at the Pro Bowl. I was like hey Sean, how can I get Kwon to get like you, from the study stand points because Kwon always asks me how do you (Jameis) study. I was like man I'm not a middle linebacker, you know you gotta ask Luke Kuechly or one of the main guys. So he reached out to Sean Lee and got some information from him and ever since then he's been willing to just want to be the quarterback for that defense and he's been doing a great job.
Jameis is all in when it comes to his team and learning the game of football. He just always shows his commitment to not only progressing himself but every aspect of the team. He just seems to always be doing the right things and saying the right things now a days. Reaching out to players on other teams to help out his own teammate shows his passion to get better and help everyone around him get better. His maturity level has never been in question since joining the bucs and he has done nothing but push this team in the right direction.
