Doug has made it evident that he loves it here in Tampa, yet it looks like Tampa isn't offering enough money to keep him here. Martin may be trying to play hard ball with the media to try and get more money for himself but thats just it, its all about money. You can't blame him for wanting to get paid for such an amazing season he just had and knowing he doesn't have many years left. If Martin wants a number that is way to expensive for Licht and the Bucs success, he won't do it. I love Doug and everything he has done for this buccaneer team but I side with Licht. If his contract gets to pricey and is detrimental to the team, let him walk and give the guy you drafted a shot.Rough Waters ahead?
