Gerald McCoy took to instagram earlier this week to unveil his injured hand which he had surgically repaired late in the season.
McCoy obviously was in pain after injuring his hand in week 12 versus the Colts, yet he only missed one game and continued to produce and be the destructive defensive tackle that he is. The Bucs need to get this man some help! The man has done everything he can to help this team and defense as a whole but he is just one man. Here is a quote showing the passion McCoy has for this team, via Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times.
“I had an injury first half of the game, got it looked at, kept playing, was necessary to keep playing,” McCoy said, “I had it looked at after the game, had a small procedure, and hopefully will be out there on Sunday.”
