Updated:Rams Could Be Potential Trade Partner

Update: Titans and Rams have agree to a trade for the number one pick. Bucs Gm Jason Licht knows Titans Gm Jon Robinson, so perhaps the Bucs could get some of those extra picks from the Titans in a trade down.
There has been a lot of trade chatter lately surrounding Bucs backup Qb Mike Glennon, as he could be on the move as early as draft day. So far the rumored teams have been the Jets and Broncos as both really need a Qb, and Glennon would be a great fit for both teams. The Bucs and Jets have had discussions about a trade involving Glennon last month, maybe those talks restart again.
If Bucs Gm Jason Licht can get a third round pick or higher from the Jets for Glennon then great, but I feel he needs to make a call to the west coast to Rams Gm Les Snead. The Rams Qb situation is a mess as they are planning to roll with Case Keenum as their starter for the 2016 season. Rams have the 15th overall pick in the upcoming draft, as well as two second round picks. If the right player is not there for the Bucs at 9th overall, then they should try to trade down and the Rams look like the perfect partner.

Jason Licht should offer the 9th overall pick and Qb Mike Glennon for the Rams 15th,45th and their 4th round(107) selections. That is reasonable trade for both sides as the Rams get a starting Qb in Mike Glennon who has upside, plus get a top ten pick in the 2016 draft. Glennon would be a good fit for the Rams offense as he would have a good defense on his side, plus a great running back in Todd Gurly. As for the Bucs they receive more versatility in the draft and can add more impact players on defense with the extra picks. Not saying this will happen, but it is something the Bucs and Rams should consider come draft night as its only three weeks away.
