Bucs fans want a pass rusher so bad that they were freaking out every time a defensive lineman was link to another team or ending up signing with that team. Bucs fans really wanted Olivier Vernon as he was probably the best edge rusher on the market, but he went on to sign with the Giants, landing the biggest deal ever for a defensive end. Shortly after that move was announced, we found out that the Bucs will have DE Robert Ayers in for a visit, per Adam Caplan.

Ayers is a great fit in a 4-3 front, and is coming off a career best 9.5 sack season, and was probably the Giants best lineman last year. Ayers would be a decent pick up for the Bucs and shouldn't be too pricey, would bring experience and competition to the defensive end position.
