During a segment with NFL Network to talk about his big shinny new contract, Doug decided to share a few nice words about famous Jameis.
"I love Jameis. What Jameis brought to this team was energy, leadership and a will to win. You can definitely see it on the field, effort and work ethic."In one year Jameis has already implanted who he is. He's a natural born leader and isn't accustomed to losing. A "will to win" is something this team needs badly and hasn't had in a long time. The culture change is in full effect and things look as if they are finally changing for the better.
